Can I place orders while dining in at the restaurant?

Yes, absolutely! We strive to make ordering more efficient and experiential. Konnectable enables guests to preorder and order upon being seated.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Do not worry. Restaurants have the capability to address any issues/errors. We understand accidents and mistakes do happen. No one is perfect.

When will I be charged?

Payments are immediately processed when reservation is checked out. Simply notify your server that you are ready to leave. Exactly how you would behave in a normal reservation setting - without the hassle of waiting on the bill.

How can I invite friends to a reservation?

Simply share the reservation code i.e. #DIN3N0W. This code is generated after a reservation has been created. Guests can join a reservation by entering an active code.

Will I be charged for cancellations or not showing up?

Cancellations and no shows are subject to penalties (if applicable) based on individual restaurant policies. Diners are encouraged to contact the respective restaurants ahead of time if anything comes up.

Are there any discounts or rewards?

Restaurants will offer featured menus and entrees only on our app. Be on a look out for possible discounts and savings!

How to sign up?

Restaurants can signup directly through our sign up webpage or by downloading the app from the Apple app store and filling in the sign up form from the application.

How long does it take for my restaurant to be signed up?

Konnectable strives to make the sign up or account creation as quick as possible - within a day or two at max. We make sure to thoroughly run checks to ensure verified ownership of restaurant before moving forward.

What do I need? Will any hardware be provided?

Restaurants can be up and running by utilizing any number of Apple iOS iPhone or iPad device(s). No hardware will be required or provided. Operation efficiency is entirely based on your restaurant needs!

What kind of restaurants do Konnectable work with?

Konnectable welcomes all types of restaurants to use our system.

Is there a contract?

No contract required at all. Our application is made simple, easy, and flexible. Use the Konnectable application whenever and however you want. If your business feels that this application is not for you then you may deactivate your account or let us know and payments will no longer occur the following month.

Are there any special offers?

Early beta restaurant sign ups will have certain benefits and discount rates applied over a period of time before standard rates apply. More details to be provided...Stay tune!
